01 // Five Material Families
THE COMPLETE SOFT-MATERIALS PORTFOLIO
Polymer-V and Substrate-X — laser-reactive films engineered for Plasma Press femtosecond manufacturing. The substrate that makes the one-second book possible.
Cross-linked aramid ballistic films, marine cladding, high-strength laminates. A covalently continuous sheet, not a woven fabric — impact load distributes to every bond simultaneously.
Flexible circuit substrates, high-k dielectric barriers, conductive ESD films. The soft circuitry inside every Brainwave Systems wearable.
1,200°C sustained-exposure liners, phase-change thermal management films, sacrificial ablation shields for Lorentz Aerospace re-entry profiles.
pH-responsive cross-linking substrates for Cellular Foundry tissue engineering. A flat film that hardens into a three-dimensional scaffold as cells colonize it.
Five material families ship from the Polymer Press facility. Each is engineered for a specific operational domain — from 1,200°C thermal barriers to pH-responsive biomedical scaffolds. Each is consumed by multiple downstream divisions. The material and the machine co-evolve: Plasma Press works because we developed the photonic substrate it writes on. Stellar Furnace operates at plasma temperatures because we developed thermal barrier films that conventional metals cannot match.
